I feel like this isn't a useful question unless you take position sizing into account. You can have 80% of trades be profitable and still be net negative if those 80% of trades are small.
Yea this really depends on trading style. HFT market making has to be pushing 60%+, or else you get eaten alive by tcost.
More discretionary type trades could be as low as 30% success, where you are shooting for really high $ profit/loss ratios so that your winners more than pay off your losers
