What should I know for a forex sales & trading analyst interview?

I'm about to complete my undergraduate degree this May and I have a scheduled first-round interview with two MDs from a pretty large bank for an entry-level analyst position on the forex and interest rate sales and trading team. Since I'm not 100% knowledgeable with forex markets, can anyone provide some insight or advice on how I can best prepare? Any resources to learn the fundamentals of foreign exchange markets? Anyone gone through a similar process?

Here are some of the job responsibilities:

  • Conducting foreign exchange transactions on behalf of clients
  • Monitor risk limits across foreign exchange, interest rates, and portfolios
  • Make contributions to the foreign exchange and interest rate commentary, in addition to conducting research on significant economic and political developments that influence market sentiment and trends.
  • Pricing support to sales colleagues and manage client deal risk
  • Addressing internal and external client requests for historical rates and economic forecasts on an as-needed basis.

Thank you!
