Originally supposed to be a spread trade, but turned into a net short position while long basis. two locations moved parallel on the way up, which , to my defence, made no fking sense, so I shorted some more.
Got a call from risk on the second day, got closed out due to MTM loss on the short, while covered call was not MTM.
Market came down three days later, but my position didn't survive to see this
Net short 1 Bcf/d of Texas physical natural gas priced gas daily, lost $1B+
