what's the range of top tier prop desk's PnL

I am currently working in a prop shop. We have around 400 employees around the world and I think we are kind of a good firm. We are silo. My boss manage a desk on his own and the PnL is around 7-8 M USD. Just want to know how much firms like Jane Street would earn. Thanks and happy to answer questions if I know.

In general from prop, lower base, % of PnL as performance bonus. Not sure what is typical, depends on performance. I think Jane Street does start with a higher base… top talent (quant) is getting well over 200k base.
