When exactly to withdraw other applications after getting an offer?
Hey all,
I just received an SA2022 offer from JPM over the phone that I'd like to accept. I was told to look out for a formal email with the offer letter sometime soon. Meanwhile, I have phone screens/HireVues scheduled at other firms early next week/over the weekend. I know that the polite thing to do is to withdraw all my other apps, but I'm worried that since I haven't signed anything yet for JPM, something could change and I could lose my offer. On the other hand, I've read in other places that it looks bad if you submit interviews for other firms after getting an offer (over the phone, I said I intended to accept.) What should I do?
Personally I would wait until it is in writing.
