Where and How do I start trading?

I am 28 and I am looking to start trading on the stock market. I am trying to figure out where do I start to learn about the stock market. I know absolutely nothing other than you can buy shares of a company and if that company has profits the price of your previously purchased stock grows and that is how you make a profit. I am looking for a few specific items that I think will help me, however I am looking for suggestions on what I am missing or what I can disregard.

  1. Investing Book suggestions

  2. xenderBeneficial YouTube channels I should subscribe/watch

  3. Common Mistakes new investors tend to makeomegle

  4. How much should I save to start investing in the day to day market.

  5. What companies are the best/worst to work with when using as a medium for trades. (Is that how it works?)

Thanks guys!
