Where do I start my career?

There was a similar post made not too long ago, this will be more or less the same thing. Simply put, should I start my career in S&T at a BB for commodities (BofA/GS/Citi), or should I do a GDP/ TDP at Shell/Total/Mercuria etc. Can anyone explain some of the pros and cons of each option besides WLB, pay, and the fact that it would take a while to get a seat at a major. It’s honestly tough choice and I’m not really sure what to do about it. At the end of the day I’m scared to make the “wrong” choice even though in either route I choose I believe they will set me up for success. Any insight is appreciated, thank you.
