where to find/hire traders or commodities trading specialists as a freelancer consutant

Anyone with some ideas where to find and hire a professional traders or commodities trading bizdev specialist as a freelancer (physical commodities) ? I have some questions related to sourcing, and day-to-day operations.
I was trying on different platforms but without success. I have even tried with toptal tailored solutions but wasn't successful either.

In oil, individual consultants usually work with smaller producers, and there are large marketing shops. Usually, you connect with these people from working in the industry. I'd suggest reaching out to traders, brokers, or heads commercial through ICE, the phone number on their website, or Linkedin. Odds are the first person you talk to will be wrong, but they'll point you in the right direction.

Balkan.

Are you HIRING paid consultants or looking to chat?

Big difference.

Ill give you some color.  I charge a friends and family rate of $375/hour if I like the project or get an equity stake.  I will charge $500 an hour if I do not care about the project and charge $1,000 an hour if I do not like you and want you to pound salt.

I do all energy commodities and have historical engagements in other commodities as well.

25 + years in the space.  Pits, trading, sales, early stage capital raise ($10 million during covid), project finance, renewables, etc.

We are out there.  But we are damn expensive due to our experience.

Hope that helps.

Namaste. D.O.U.G.
