WSO trading guide

Hey guys, just wanted to know if anyone has an opinion on the WSO trading guide. Does anyone know if it will provide a good framework for learning how to trade a personal account. It seems that the guide isnt mentioned too much around here, so I cant find much info on it. Does anyone know what is covered in the guide and how useful it is.

I used both the technical and behavioral guide as interview prep for SA recruiting last year and it worked very well.

@HItrader

The description of the trading guide may be a little vague, but Im quite sure it seems like a book for learning how to trade, not for interviews.

@IlliniProgrammer

Yup, I agree that Heard on the Street is a great book for interviews, but its not very useful for learning how to trade. Would love to hear your opinion on what books are good, especially if they can provide a comprehensive framework. I've read a few books before, but the information all seems rather scattered and I still dont have a clear idea on how to generate a trade idea and execute it.

I dont really have a good idea of what I want to trade but Im looking towards trying out some equity long short strategies or maybe some indices futures. Nothing is set in stone though, Im open to trying out anything. Would love to hear your recommendations
