Year End Reviews for traders

Hi Everyone,

I have my year-end review with my boss coming up and this is the first time I'll be having this. Was hoping to get some advice on how I can better prepare myself for this meeting and is there may be something that I could do in the lead up to this meeting? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Just for context, I'm a fresh graduate who started on a trading desk with a BB bank. I don't have my own book but I am able to co-manage books and assist my colleagues in pricing and quoting clients. Any advice will be well appreciated.
