Hi All - was looking for some input. Have gotten an opportunity to join a commodity focused VC shop backed by some serious family office coin. The role is titled as an Analyst with a promotion to Assoc not ruled out after 2 yrs.
They like my commodity trading xp and corp dev experience in the space. However my "investment analysis chops" are limited. Opportunity is great, but I am hoping to get more color on comp as an Analyst. What should I expect base + bonus? I know it's tough to guess but if someone had a PDF or link to one of those VC comp surveys I would be appreciative.
