Investment banking and private equity have very standard resume formats, but I have not come across anything similar for venture capital. I was curious if there was a boilerplate template I should follow for VC - specifically at the Seed/Series A stage.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Ignore title. Depends on how your work is structured. I had 4 major super-bullets/sections for sourcing stats / methodology (high level no secret sauce), deal list, portfolio value creation projects, and then other general fund admin work (eg fundraising support, thesis building papers on company site, etc.)
I appreciate the response! That all makes sense to me and sounds like our day-to-day is fairly similar. Will likely structure it a similar way and keep my eye out for other examples as I see them.

I don't. Yes it's similar to deal list. It's basically just the deals I sourced, the deals I didn't source but worked on, the portfolio projects I did that were discrete work projects and not just giving random bullshit words to my founders. That kind of stuff. Also some pipeline e.g., showing I can drum up business volume.
