Andreessen Horowitz / a16z interview

Curious if anyone has any insight into the interview process at Andreessen Horowitz / a16z for a Business Development Associate role? Have an upcoming phone screen, and want to ensure I speak to the right experiences/ask the right questions to move through this first round. Coming from an industry/non-finance role, and the position I am interviewing for is focused on their current portfolio rather than deals/capital deployment. TYIA
