Bain Capital Credit

I recently had a final round interview for a position at Bain Capital Credit for an operations position and I am wondering if anyone has any insight into how hard it is to transfer around in the company. Ideally I would prefer to be in the private equity group at some point, but I don't know if that would be possible coming from an operations position. I haven't gotten the offer yet, but the interviews went well and I want to start considering potential options. If anyone has insight about compensation for credit operations associates please share! Thanks!
