Hi fellas, I have been working at a Biotech Corporate VC for >3yrs, (financial background instead of scientific background at school) and recently started looking for lateral opps in banking and ER. I really wanna switch job asap but the progress has been kinda slow during the past couple of weeks. Would you have any advice regarding my lateral move situation? Thanks a lot!!!
