Bringing a deal to land a job at a VC fund
I'm a FY MBA student at a T15 interested in switching to VC. Prior to my MBA I was an early employee at a boot strapped life science start-up. Through some connections from my past an attractive deal for a Med Device looking to so a SeriesA landed in my lap.
Curious if anyone has brought a deal to leverage a job at a fund? If so how did you go about doing so?
A single deal is likely not going to help you. Need to be sending consistent high quality deal flow to land a job this way.
Spoke to a few VC partners who said to basically keep sending them deals.
