Any info on this group? Seems they formed last year with $100M in capital. Saw a job opening from them and curious if anyone has encountered them.

I've heard good things but if you are coming from banking it will be a definite step down in comp. The lifestyle is pretty chill and you can work remotely if you want. It won't be pure VC though because it will always have CVS corporate hanging over you. A lot of M&A done in healthcare is just positioning and big companies not wanting to fall behind each other. I think that you will obviously try to make money over the long term but some of your investment decisions will come down to what is good for CVS, not what is the right play for the fund's absolute returns.
Bump. Would be great to hear any additional insight regarding comp, responsibilities, potential exit opportunities, etc. as it appears they’re building out their team fairly quickly.
