What is normal equity comp terms at startups in terms of exercise price and ability to exercise or sell options? I am not asking what % of shares or vesting schedule. I am asking for details like type of security, ability to exercise (if options), exercise price (if options), transfer rights (e.g., ability to sell) etc.
