Feasibility analysis in excel

Just a quick break down. I am currently launching a fund based on trading software developed over the past 5 years with my team. We have just brought on a new partner; it will be self funded for the first year and we are currently doing our feasibility model. If anyone can provide feedback on models experienced managers have used for this in excel. I can share some of my docs.
