GE Graduate Recruiting Advice

I’m going into second year studying STEM at a target and am looking for guidance on GE analyst recruiting. I have a tech internship at a FAANG this summer and already have a BB SA lined up for next summer.

Been following the usual VC media (podcasts, memos etc - just general startup esque stuff), but I’m looking for guidance on how to develop investing intuition (almost impossible writing growth-stage checks with my non existent NW).

Currently thinking some operator experience would be helpful, so perhaps some part-time work in a startup would be good?

Technically I’m good enough I think (know LBOs etc, but no vertical specific stuff). Have motivations tuned down, just looking to improve my ability to do the actual job.

As a bonus, any idea how to find mentorship? Cold emailed/LinkedIn messaged a bunch of people and got aired by almost everyone.

Any advice appreciated!
