Wondering how the exits are at top GE firms like Insight/GA/TA. I know that there are data points of analysts and associates moving to top UMM/MF PE, but also wondered how they placed into other investing roles mainly L/S HFs?

Idk too much about this but I do know with Insight a lot of those entry level people leave for an MBA and exit to PE/VC, move to a startup, and a decent amount tend to join seed to series B investment VC firms right after. That role there teaches them to be relentless in sourcing.
