Does anyone have any information about Insight Venture Partners, Lead Edge Capital, or Summit? I know they have a sourcing model, but what's it like specifically? Had an interview with a similar GE shop where they said my one year of consulting could be too much for the Analyst level role. Any and all information is highly appreciated.

Had an interview with one of the group that you mentioned and decided to not pursue it because it's an eat what you kill sourcing model. The way it was described to me is that you're given some direction initially in that you're given companies to call, then over time you're expected more and more to find them on your own.
