So, I'm interviewing for a 10-15 man growth fund that will write about $20MM checks as the maximum. I will have to do a modeling exam, and was wondering what can be on it. I will only have 1 hour to do it. Do any of you guys have any experience with the modeling exam? I was thinking maybe a quick lbo or something.

Every firm does modeling tests differently. I've never actually heard of a GE firm doing a modeling test, but given that it's only an hour, it can't be that complicated. Good luck, and don't forget to print format!
i've taken 60 min modeling tests; its just to build out 3 statement model, that's it.
