How much churn is normal among juniors at a private credit fund?

As the title says, how much junior churn do you see at your private credit shop? Within my team about 5-7 of the 9 junior seats will quit every two years (most hired as analyst 1-3). My team is pretty sweaty but it is hard to discern how much of this is just normal movement vs an indication of a problematic team?
