How much is fair in your mind

i have developed and supported an application from 4 years ago.
I sold , advertised and supported it alone during these times
i have yearly 8,000$ incoming from this application.
the market is getting to know more about this program.
now my friend wants to sell, advertise and support my application.
he says i should just receive a percentage from incoming and he will do everything with his team.
also he wants to add some value added services on application to make more profit.
what is the fair percentage for me at this condition in your mind ?
