How rare is it for a senior banker (D/MD) to join a new/startup LMM/MM PE firm?
Have seen this happen a few times via Linkedin as well as some personal anecdotes. Seen it at BB and MM firms for post-MBA associates who advanced to senior levels in banking after 6-8 years.
