How to learn about SaaS metrics?
What are the best resources to learn about SaaS metrics such as gross retention, net retention, cohort retention, LTV / CAC, churn etc.? I would like to gain a deeper understanding of the metrics themselves and also understand what is good / average / bad levels of these metrics for different parts of the SaaS market.
