IB Analyst at Top BB...is it worth moving to a small GE/VC or hold off for a bigger one? (2023 off-cycle)
Have been recruiting in the offcycle and landed GE offers (but small in size) and not even the Tier 1/Tier 2 players...is it worth switching from a good group at a good bank (JPM/MS) or waiting for a good fund to have openings for 2023?
