Is Manual Pitchbook Data Entry Killing Your Deal Flow?

Hey everyone,

I've been spending a ton of time manually pulling investor data from Pitchbook for our deal sourcing pipeline, and it's becoming a major bottleneck. The copy-paste grind is not only tedious but also prone to errors. I'm curious if other VCs are facing the same issue and how you're handling it.

We're trying to build a more automated system to track potential co-investors and identify new funds, but the initial data entry is a huge hurdle. I've been looking for a better way to get this data into our CRM without hiring a team of interns.

I recently came across a tool that automates this process – the Pitchbook Investors Scraper on Apify. It seems to pull investor profiles, contact info, and investment history directly into a structured format. It looks promising, but I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this or similar tools. Is it reliable? Does it save a significant amount of time? Or are there better ways to solve this problem that I'm not thinking of? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!
