Is transitioning from MBB with a PhD or MD to VC or HF possible?
Is it possible to break into a good HF or VC role from an MBB position after an MD or Ph.D. and a quantitative undergrad background? If it is possible, what caliber of a firm would this be at? How does the exit after consulting compare to biotech equity research?
