LifeSci/MedDevice VC

What's the best undergrad degree for Medical Device VC or even ER? I just finished a VC internship and the engineers absolutely **ped my ass, going so far as to say "you're a joke" for studying bio + finance. Is that combination--Biology Undergrad and FInance undergrad--enough for VC in this field?

The girls in engineering are wicked hot, IDFC what any gen x'ers think, new-age of engineering wh ores got it

Based on the context provided, the best undergraduate degree for equity research, and possibly for Medical Device VC, would be accounting. As one of the users in the context mentioned, "With the exception of something like biotechnology, of course. I could teach any associate the basics of finance and nuances of my sector ( FIG ), but it's teaching accounting to somebody new that is most frustrating. By developing an in depth understanding of accounting you will have a major advantage over 9/10 applicants."

However, it's important to note that this advice might not apply directly to Medical Device VC. The combination of Biology and Finance could be very useful in this field, as you would have both the scientific knowledge to understand the products and the financial knowledge to evaluate their market potential.

Remember, everyone has their own path and what works for one person might not work for another. It's important to consider your own interests and strengths when choosing a career path. Don't let anyone else's opinion deter you from pursuing what you're passionate about.
