Does Summit have a good WLB ?
I thought Summit / TA would still have long hours ? Accel too actually like not 80-100h like banking but a solid 70hrs per week which isn’t exactly great either ?
Can confirm Summit has a goof WL balance. Teams will run hard though whenever something is in the final stage before closing
