More lucrative: Mining/oil VS. Real estate/property VS. startup/e-commerce?

Hey guys I'm new on this site. Been lurking for time to time occasionally. Currently taking courses now, I'm wondering which of the three industries mentioned in the title is more lucrative for us financial peeps? Thank you!

Maybe for some background, I work in valuation at big four. There wasn't a big four subthread so I posted here!
