Offer choice Operation position vs BB ER top group

Hello all, really appreciate some feedback. I am currently in a boutique bank ER. I am very interested in early-stage VC. I had a couple of interviews this year but did not secure any offers. I have two other offers right now.

One is an operational role in a mid-size company. The upside is the opportunity to interact with all divisions and all levels of people within the company.

Another is a top ER group at BB

How important is the BB reputation for early-stage VC? The mid-size company is reputable and will give operational experiences. Both have pros and cons. Would like to hear your perspectives. Thanks!
