Outsources white-label broker/dealer for FinTech startup?

Hey everyone -- does anyone know of a company that can provide a back-end broker dealer & brokerage, sort of like a white-label product. They handle the back-end -- customer accounts, KYC/AML, execution, compliance, tax reporting, etc... and be compensated for it on, for ex, a per trade commission basis. My firm would build out a front end and sell to clients without actually having to become a b/d. I am trying to build out a new type of trading platform but do not want to go the route of building out my own B/D. Any help?
