What were they doing before?
I think the majority of the job is sourcing - granted a lot of junior-level positions are sourcing-heavy. Insight has such a well-established summer analyst and analyst program that they can partition sourcing and diligence (diligence saved for others, at least that's my understanding). However, if you source a deal you stay on it for its lifetime.
