Planning Finances Pear VC - SF/Palo Alto

Going to join Pear VC (based in Palo Alto) as an analyst and wanted to plan my finances and see how much I should spend/save.

They are offering me a $100K base with a bonus of ~20K.  That's $79,915 post tax according to smartasset.com . They also offer health insurance and a 401k match up to 6% of my base ($6K)

I want to live of my base and have the bonus as an extra. I was recommended to commute out of SF and to get a room mate. How much should I allocate between the expense categories and how much should I save?

Expenses:

Rent:

Food:

Transportation:

Miscellaneous (Phone/Internet/Subscriptions):

Thanks!
