Post-MBA VC/Growth recruiting at HSW?
Anybody have any insight into this? Currently an associate at a LBO firm looking at b-schools next year. What does the recruiting process look like for earlier stage funds and is it mostly independent or do a fair number of firms come on campus to recruit? What kind of experience do they look for -- more entrepreneurial/VC-oriented, or are they interested in finance/PE guys? Thanks for any help here.
