i'm looking to raise around 200-300k for 5-10% of my enterprise software startup. i just need to raise enough $$ to get my MVP to a place where i can pitch for more $$ (for a real seed round of $2mm for 20%)
ultimately, i'm confident this startup can bring in 50-100mm/year...after the software is fully built out..probably 5 years down the road.
most seed vc funds want the MVP already built....i am in a chicken-egg problem. i think 200-300k would be enough...and i've read about pre-seed (essentially, angels) but have only found a handful.
somebody must know how to raise this initial, small round of funding?
