Receiving LTIP
Just got an offer from an early stage investor for an Associate level position. It includes a decent chunk of your salary as potential bonus in the form of LTIP (in addition to a cash bonus). Is this typical? Also wondering, what’s the difference between LTIP and carried interest (which would be very uncommon at this level)?
