I am looking to pivot into VC / growth equity from Tech equity research, and was hoping anyone here can give me some idea if it makes sense to work with your typical recruiting firms (Glocap, Dynamics etc) or if there are firms that are better specialized for these roles?
P.S. The reason I ask is I get a lot of emails from the above for hedge fund roles, which don't interest me
