Small VC vs Top Consulting Firm - Which one should be my future?

Hi, I received an offer from Top Consulting firm and one from a small VC.
1. Which one would you (should I) choose and why?
2, How would you think about that?

Context:
I see myself working in VC, either now or in 10 or 15 years.
I do not necessarily see myself working in consulting for 10+ years.
I live in South America.

Pros and cons I see:
TOP CONSULTING FIRM:
- Pros:
1. Better salary (base + bonus)
2. Known name - better on CV if anything goes wrong
3. Structured training and career path - structured up or out roles, training, performance KPIS, etc.
- Cons
1. Long working hours (longer than this small VC)
2. Not my passion

SMALL VC:
- Pros
1. Industry and country agnostic: Invest in any industry as long as the thesis is good enough for partners. This is very intellectually interesting for me.
2. A lot of exposure to partners. VC has under 10 people. My job will partly be to create new processes and help the fund grow
3. WFH - wherever in the world. I would earn in USD, although the salary is mostly competitive in South America, I wouldn't have the best life quality in Europe or US.
4. I will have a foot inside the VC industry, which is quite hard to get into.
- Cons
1. No structured training. Will have to learn on my own (youtube+books, etc). No clear
2. If VC fails, I go down with the ship.
3. VC has no proven record (still young). Started in 2015. Partners are: Ex-Big4, ex-serial entrepreneur and ex-S&P500 CFO.
3. Base salary is 30% lower than top Consulting firm, and there is no Bonus in the offer.
