Solution options for large scale project
This may or may not be the right place to post this but posting anyway. This is for the development of a large scale project in the entertainment market that would require facilities across 8 different states at approximately $50mil per location. What options are there funding a project of this magnitude? I don’t think a single capital investment group or firm would be interested in carrying the entire amount, but I don’t really know? Maybe multiple entities? Any insight would be helpful.
