Starting PE fund (growth equity)

We are a team of 5. 2 former investment bankers, 2 from M&A Law and me. Other 4 guys are 15+ years older than me. I have experience in the field about 3 years. I've raised equity and debt through bond issues (front runner), private and public placement and been the front runner of two ~25 mm real estate deals in CEE (we issued subord debt to acquire cash-flow properties).

We are starting a PE growth equity fund and we are about to close our first LP commitment (a Major public institution in Europe) after which we will have a few local pension fund commitments behind us. Expected fund size will be 100mm.

The four partners have trust in me and they have proposed me to be the front runner and public image in this endeavour. I'm familiar with PE basics, so i know the investment process roughly. What I'm having issues with is coming up with a good sourcing strategy. Are there any good guides, books, articles or any information that could help me come up with one? Also, a sort of checklist of how to get the new fund running and what are the initial steps would really help!! I've looked around the internet but they don't put much emphasis on sourcing and actual first steps.

We obviously have a throughout prospectus, fund strategy, legal structure, corp.gov. etc. already figured out - otherwise we wouldn't get the LP commitment. But it's all on paper and I would highly appreciate if you could guide me to information that would help me with first steps in real-life.
