Hello hello, long time lurker around here, currently in IB in London and wondering what a jump to Associate at VC is possible - do people know whether this is done through recruiters or pure networking, what have you/people you know previously done?
What are also the best VC funds in London, what are your insights on workplace culture and progression to partner?
