VC Investment thesis

Hi all,

I have an interview coming up with a growth stage PE and VC fund and the position is in the VC part of the fund. I am asked to pick 3 startups in Fintech in Europe and make a one-page investment analysis for each one.

I am going to have 7 sections on one page:

  1. Investment Summary ( what is it, why would I invest and expect a return in 4-5 years)
  2. TAM, Market Size, How much the company has already penetrated in that market, CAC and Churn Rate
  3. 4 reasons I would invest
  4. Management Team
  5. Their Last Round of Valuation, cheap or expensive?
  6. Comparison with 2 competitors to get an accurate valuation
  7. Risks, Downside and DD Areas

What are your thoughts? Have you seen any impressive VC IT online that I can have a look at it for inspiration?

Thank you so much.

Ariel
