What is a bigger red flag, Individual/Brand new single owner biz
As a VC investor, Would you rather sign an agreement to invest in the product of a brand new registered company that has only a single shareholder or would you rather sign with just the individual? Not in the same country as you. Including signing the agreements with an individual vs. LLC, and thinking about which one will be a safer investment.
