What is market for SAFEs right now in terms of Cap and discount?
Title says all, what kind of cap is market and what discount rates are you seeing? Thank you very much.

In the US (Bay Area), seeing pre-seeds generally at $8-10M post and seeds $15-25M post, no discount. Seeing fewer SAFEs with discounts nowadays, as most prefer to raise at set post-money caps. As a reference point, the average YC company in the last batch raised $2M at $20M post, with hot ones raising at $25-30M.
Thank you. Appreciate it. I am seeing SAFEs with no cap and seeing some decreasing discounts based on a 2y calendar schedule from 90% to 85% to 80% to 75%, which is something I had not seen much of. This is why I asked.
