Bed and Desk/Chair for Sale in NYC

Hey all,

So I moved to the city in September 2010 for a job, but recently moved out of New York. Didn't want to deal with moving some of the heavier items, so have a few things for sale. Great if you're just starting out an analyst stint in NY (a city where every penny counts!)

1) Queen size plush Simmons BeautyRest mattress (800 pocketed 15.5 gauge coils), box spring and metal bed frame. Owned for 2 years, but having worked in banking it probably has less than a years' worth of sleep in it, sadly. Would have gotten something cheaper if I would have known I'd end up hating NYC. $250 for the full set

2) Small desk (perfect size for a NYC apartment) and suede desk chair. $50 for both

3) I also have some other random things, like a pretty neat framed 3-D Beatles Yellow Submarine picture and a small area rug. Will give away for free if one of the other items is purchased.

Must arrange for pickup in SoHo. Available Aug 13 - Aug 31.

Again, if you are a first year just moving to the city, this is a great way to get good stuff for cheap! Drop me a PM if interested.
