Bernstein Private Wealth Management - Any Information Appreciated

Hey everyone I'm currently a junior and recently received an offer for Alliance Bernstein's Private Wealth Management internship and was hoping to get some unbiased information about the firm to help me make a decision about whether to accept or not. Specifically, I was wondering:

What kind of opportunities would this set me up for after the internship? Is AB a big enough firm to catch the attention of BB PWM divisions for FT recruiting and/or top B-schools in a few years?

AB takes an active wealth management approach, will this prevent me from being recruited at a BB PWM which (from my understanding) tend to use a different approach to wealth management?

Any information about my questions or general personal accounts of working for Bernstein PWM are greatly appreciated. Feel free to PM me if you would prefer.

Thanks everyone!

They are known for having the best sales training program in the industry, hands down. As theBrofessor, mentioned, everything is proprietary which makes it hard to transfer. More importantly, it’s outdated and uncompetitive. I was unaware that they were hiring college students for this program. Is the sales training program the one you are recruiting for?
